BRIEF
Our content audit for BOWGLASS revealed the need for a landing page refresh and a new content strategy surrounding a new subscription feature.
Landing page
— We updated the content hierarchy to reflect the order in which the user expected (and wanted) to view the content, and gave the original page an aesthetic refresh.
If implemented, these changes would lead to smoother (and quicker) navigation, and a greater awareness of the brand and the servcices they offer.
Content strategy
— For the new subscription feature, we researched, developed, and tested a content strategy geared towards both making the user aware of the feature, and guiding them through the process of signing up.
If implemented, these recommendations would lead to higher conversion rates for the program.
